DEFINITIONS 
GayCrawler.com: GayCrawler.com, which is edited by GC LifeStyle.com Inc. ("GC LifeStyle.com"), is a search engine dedicated to the gay and lesbian community of the world.

Client: Juridical or natural person who edits or represents a website editor and who requests its indexation in the GayCrawler.com database.

Site: The Internet site that is the subject of the indexation request or service.

Directory: Database of Internet sites classified and made available on-line by GC LifeStyle.com and accessible on GayCrawler.com.

Indexation: Addition of an Internet site to the GayCrawler.com Directory, as identified by a title, a description and a hyperlink to the Site's homepage.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The service offered consists in the study of a site indexation request within 4 business days. If the Site fulfills the indexation criteria fixed by GC LifeStyle.com and if GC LifeStyle.com has received confirmation that the requisite payment has been made, the Site will be indexed within this timeframe.

INDEXATION CRITERIA
In order to be added to the Directory, the Site must fulfill the following indexation criteria.

The Site content must be gay, lesbian, bisexual, transsexual.

The Site cannot contain graphic violence, racist, defamatory or discriminatory statements, material that infringes on or violates someone's rights, or material that promotes illegal activities.

The Site cannot contain pedophilia, in whatever form the information may be (text, photographs, videos, hyperlinks, etc.).

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that the content and activities on the Site are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Site must be easily accessible (rapid page loading) 24hours/day, 7days/week and 365 days/year.

The Site cannot be under construction and all the hyperlinks it contains must be active.

The Site cannot be a mirror site or redirect automatically to another Web site.

The Client cannot index more than one URL address having the same content or use false personal pages that redirect toward sections of sites.

Sites already in the Directory will have their content re-evaluated upon request but will not be added a second time.

GC LifeStyle.com regularly checks all Web sites indexed in the Directory. If the Site's content changes in relation to the day it was indexed and no longer fulfills the indexation criteria, GC LifeStyle.com may remove the Site from the Directory and the indexation fee will not be refunded.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS 
The Client represents and warrants that it is the editor of the Site or the legal representative of the Site's editor.

The Client agrees to provide exact and truthful information concerning its identity and agrees to keep them up to date.

OBLIGATIONS OF GC LIFESTYLE.COM
GC LifeStyle.com's team will study the indexation request and will verify if the Site fulfills the indexation criteria.

If the Site is accepted, GC LifeStyle.com will index it in the Directory within 4 business days following confirmation of payment of the requisite fee.

Indexation includes identification of the Site by a title, a description, a hyperlink to the Site's homepage and identification of the category or categories in which the Site will appear in the Directory.

GC LifeStyle.com reserves the right to modify the description of the Site suggested by the Client. GC LifeStyle.com will not necessarily index the Site in the category or categories suggested by the Client.

Once the Site has been indexed, an email confirming the indexation will be sent to the Client.

If the Site is refused, an email will be sent advising the Client of the refusal and of the reason therefore. 

Payment of the applicable fee covers the study of the indexation request. THE INDEXATION FEE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED IF THE SITE IS REFUSED. The Client must therefore ensure that the Site fulfills the indexation criteria.

The indexation service offered by GC LifeStyle.com does not include an obligation of result with respect to increasing traffic toward the Site in question.

FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT
The indexation service fee is 99.00 US$ for 1 category and 150.00 US$ for 2 categories.

Payment must be made to the order of GC LifeStyle.com Inc./GayCrawler.com by credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) through PayPal, our on-line secured payment service partner.

Payment is due in one instalment immediately upon making the indexation request.
